Biography
Henry Kissinger
Who is he: Henry Alfred Kissinger was born in Furth, Bavaria, Germany in 1923 and has been an American diplomat, academician and political scientist. Kissinger served as a National Security Advisor and Secretary of State under Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford. A major player for the Anglo-American elites, Kissinger is a member of the Bohemian Club, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Aspen Institute and the Bilderberg Group.
Henry Kissinger also promoted his idea of Realpolitik and worked to shift the foreign policy of the United States from adversarial to détente with both the Soviet Union and the People's Republic of China. Like many proponents and high level participants in the power elite, Kissinger has received many accolades, honorary degrees and awards during his long career in public service, which in his case means in service of the wealthy elites.
Like Obama, Kissinger received the Nobel Peace Prize for questionable reasons and with less than convincing justification. Kissinger received this high award for his efforts in helping to bring peace to Vietnam through the Paris Peace Accords. This, of course, followed his earlier efforts during the Nixon Administration to prolong the war with his Vietnamization strategy of gradually pulling US troops out while expanding the combat capabilities of the South Vietnam Army so they could defend the nation from the Viet Cong and North Vietnam armed forces.
It is interesting to note that the other recipient of the award, Le Duc Tho of North Vietnam, refused it, stating the award was a sham and that peace had not yet been brought to the country. This did not seem to matter to Kissinger. Tens of thousands of Cambodians lost their lives in secret aerial bombing as well as more than a million in Vietnam but this happened during the time when the establishment media controlled much of the flow of news and information, prior to the Internet and growth of alternative media.
Background: Henry Kissinger was born on May 27, 1923 in Germany. He spent his early years in the Washington Heights area of New York City as part of the growing German-Jewish community there after his family fled Germany due to growing Nazi persecution. After high school Kissinger attended the City College of New York and was drafted into the American Army in 1943. Kissinger became a naturalized citizen after joining the army, which was a common occurrence at that time. In addition, Kissinger was apparently a brave soldier who experienced combat unlike many of the elites and was involved with hazardous intelligence operations during the Battle of the Bulge.
Following his military service, Kissinger returned to the US and in 1950, graduated from Harvard with a B.A. degree. Later Kissinger received M.A. and Ph.D degrees, also from Harvard. Kissinger remained at Harvard on the faculty until 1956 when he went to work for the Rockefellers. Kissinger also was very actively involved in the destruction of the nation of Rhodesia when he negotiated and pressured then Prime Minister Ian Smith into working toward a peaceful future of black majority rule for the nation.
Smith stated that Kissinger was forcing him to sign Rhodesia's "death certificate" using the vast power of the United States to destroy the nation in 1976 for political and election benefits that reflected back into America but would ulitmately destroy the fabric of Rhodesia. Players in the Anglo-American Axis always put their organizational goals and themselves ahead of the wars, holocausts and economic destruction required to enhance the profits for the political and financial elites they serve.
