Robert Zoellick became the 11th president of the World Bank when he replaced Paul Wolfowitz on July 1, 2007. Prior to this Zoellick was a managing director of Goldman Sachs, and a Deputy Secretary of State. Zoellick is just another example of a bought and paid for expert and administrative elite for those few wealthy families who rule over most of the world and strive for one world global governance.
