The Curious Case of the Georgia Guidestones and Ms. Carney

By Staff Report
21

New Bank of England Governor Mark Carney's wife: an eco-warrior who says banks are rotten ... The British wife of the new Bank of England Governor is a strident environmental activist who urges people to spend less money on possessions, and once declared: "Having more stuff does not make us happy." Diana Carney has expressed sympathy for the anti-banking Occupy movement and suggested that global financial institutions are "rotten or inadequate". She has described the notion that humans should halt all consumption to save the environment as a "good point" but "very hard given the way our societies function", and has also lamented the "relentless exhortations to buy and the fact that much of our sense of self is tied up in our possessions" – UK Telegraph

Dominant Social Theme: Green thinking is necessary.

Free-Market Analysis: The wife of the head of the Bank of England, one of the most important posts in banking circles, sounds like an out and out Luddite.

This is most imporant information because it provides us with yet another insight into the belief systems of banking elites. Here is the definition of a Luddite ... courtesy, Wikipedia:

The Luddites were 19th-century English textile artisans who violently protested against the machinery introduced during the Industrial Revolution that made it possible to replace them with less-skilled, low-wage labourers, leaving them without work. Historian Eric Hobsbawm has called their machine wrecking "collective bargaining by riot", which had been a tactic used in Britain since the Restoration, as the scattering of manufactories throughout the country made large-scale strikes impractical.

The movement was named after Ned Ludd, a youth who had allegedly smashed two stocking frames 30 years earlier, and whose name had become emblematic of machine destroyers. The name evolved into the imaginary General Ludd or King Ludd, a figure who, like Robin Hood, was reputed to live in Sherwood Forest.

Ms. Carney does not consider modern industrial society to be very desirable. She is against banking and modern farming and wants to use old-fashioned agricultural methods for farming.

She is part of a what we could call a neo-medieval movement to return the peasants to the land. Britain's Prince Charles is an exponent of this sort of thing, as well. If you compared the views of Charles and Ms. Carney, you'd probably not find much difference with the exception, perhaps, of architecture.

Ms. Carney doesn´t actually believe smaller is better. She wants bigness, just a different kind of bigness, and she wants that bigness inserted above the "little people" that she wants to look out for. Here's some more:

She is vice-president of Canada 2020, a Left-wing think tank, and reviews environmentally-friendly products. The couple, who have four daughters with dual British-Canadian citizenship, live in Rockcliffe Park, Ottawa, one of Canada's richest enclaves where their neighbours include ambassadors and executives. Mr and Mrs Carney bought their home for £800,000 in August 2003, but its value is believed to have risen substantially. Records suggest that they made £95,000 of improvements in 2009.

Ms. Carney has reportedly stated that income inequality in countries such as Canada and Britain was "the defining issue of our time." To combat this defining issue, she endorses the Soros-funded Occupy Wall Street movment that is an evident and obvious false flag. "The grass is always greener on the other side and the Occupy movement has provided a voice to many unhappy people."

Not only that but the Telegraph article excerpted above tells us that she is critical of "top earners" – presumably including her husband. "I perceive a fear that the institutions that underpin our country and the global system are either threatened, rotten or inadequate to face down the challenges of the future."

Within this context, then, we can see Ms. Carney is not only anti-industry; she is part of a process that is whipping up resentment against wealthy people.

These wealthy people are NOT the source of trouble in the world. There seems to be a tiny elite clique of banking families and facilitators that has pursued an intergenerational conspiracy to create world government. It is to their advantage to reposition social envy and anger so as to create a class war that virtually excuses them while blaming a larger class of rich individuals for the mischief being plotted at the very top.

Ms. Carney promotes this meme whether she fully understands it or not. She is a redistributor of wealth. She wants to use the massive force of Leviathan – the elites' chosen tool – to ensure that there is more equality of income and that people do not have access to modern technology, unless the technology is of a certain retrograde kind ... like windmills.

This set of beliefs is deliberately adopted. Her credentials, after all, are impressive and provide us with a portrait of a thinking woman. We learn that, "Mrs Carney ... had obtained a First-class degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and earned a Masters in agricultural economics. The couple married in 1995, before Mr Carney returned to investment banking."

Mrs Carney also urges readers of her website to live frugally. Describing herself as a "farmer's daughter" she wears recycled vegan shoes, describes environmentally-friendly ways to tackle head lice and recommends "gardening with cow poo". "Reducing consumption, or returning it to levels that are sustainable, is critical overall," she wrote online.

This, in fact, provides us with an intimate look at the prejudices of the upper class in Britain. A very special upper class, too – a banking class that is somewhat separate from the rest of the upper classes.

Nothing wrong with either of these positions, of course. Modern monopoly fiat banking IS a big problem for the world. Modern farming does tend to destroy land and yields unhealthy food besides. But that is not the point, of course. Ms. Carney wants to use government to rectify the wrongs she believes are evident in modern society. The bigger the government, the better.

The elitist dominant social theme here is that modern Western society is sick and needs to be led back to health by an elite, banking priesthood that includes, no doubt, her husband. The subdominant social theme here is that a medieval society is mostly a desireable one and that it can, in fact, exempt certain people if they BELIEVE in the requisite nostrums.

This is how Ms. Carney no doubt justifies her own double standard. She can live in an expensive house and her husband can hold the most important banking position in Britain, but as long as she and her husband hold the "right" views, they are to be seen as good people and respectable, productive members of society.

The problem with this perspective is that it literally presages genocide. Government is simply not a force for good; it too often provides us with brutal solutions that feature destruction and even death under the justification of the "greater good."

Inherent in Ms. Carney's viewpoint is a murderous ideology. That does not mean Ms. Carney is murderous or even wants to be. Perhaps she wants the best for the world, as she says. But this larger agenda is a dangerous one.

We'll finish with the list from mysterious Georgia Guidestones. If you don't know what the Guidestones are, just research them on the 'Net.

Conclusion: Notice the first tenet. This is where all the trouble starts.

1. MAINTAIN HUMANITY UNDER 500,000,000 IN PERPETUAL BALANCE WITH NATURE

2. GUIDE REPRODUCTION WISELY – IMPROVING FITNESS AND DIVERSITY

3. UNITE HUMANITY WITH A LIVING NEW LANGUAGE

4. RULE PASSION – FAITH – TRADITION – AND ALL THINGS WITH TEMPERED REASON

5. PROTECT PEOPLE AND NATIONS WITH FAIR LAWS AND JUST COURTS

6. LET ALL NATIONS RULE INTERNALLY RESOLVING EXTERNAL DISPUTES IN A WORLD COURT

7. AVOID PETTY LAWS AND USELESS OFFICIALS

8. BALANCE PERSONAL RIGHTS WITH SOCIAL DUTIES

9. PRIZE TRUTH – BEAUTY – LOVE – SEEKING HARMONY WITH THE INFINITE

10. BE NOT A CANCER ON THE EARTH – LEAVE ROOM FOR NATURE – LEAVE ROOM FOR NATURE

The "problem" with Ms. Carney, and, in general all people who believe their subjective opinions based on their diverse envirionments and experiences leave them in possession of "objective truth" and sufficient "justification" to have a say and/or, the "right" to force their opinions on others is that, they are unintelligent, completely unaware of the nature of reality, themselves and life in general. They are incapable of THINKING and realizing that anything except ACTION leading to CONSEQUENCE by the rules of natural law (physics) in the REAL world is irrelevent, of no force and effect. Only those who ACT can spawn and control CONSEQUENCES (future reality, balance of powers):

... and, in general, people like Ms. Carney are "useful idiots", spewing words and opinions intended to convince us of "good intentions", so, when "crap happens" and BAD RESULTS are the consequence, "we, the fools" can rest assured that OUR LEADERS "tried their best", when the truth is that they, like the rest of us are forcefully coerced to achieve what really happens, which is the REAL intent of the puppetmasters.

... by THEIR actions, they intend to have a great number of whom they consider "useless eaters" DEAD and, the survivors prohibited from forming any sort of enlightened civilization (the rules by which we cooperate for MUTUAL self-interest - PEACEFUL), as opposed to THEIR RULES, with dissenters exterminated.

You will know them by what they DO, not SAY.

End Rant.

Now we are getting somewhere. Imagine the gall of a handfull who because of their immense wealth, believe they are sovereign while everyone else is not. Because of their immense wealth, they believe they are gods over the masses. While the immense wealth is not the issue, it is the mindset it affords. They have nothing better to do but meddle, trick and decieve to protect their position.

Of course THEY need government, to do the dirty work.

Perhaps centuries of inbreeding helps attribute to centuries of a chronic disconnect with reality. One can sense their fear. That kind of lifestyle must be a living hell. I'd feel sorry for them if they weren't so pschologically aggressive.

This is straight out of a storybook. Golden (Goldman) boy comes home to the City to rescue the world... ... and his wholesome farmer's daughter wife keeps him humble and in touch with the regular people (us). We are to be awed and honored at such attention. I had a highly educated neighbor once who said that a lot of people in his business were educated beyond their intelligence. He had organic bull---- on his boots when he told me. My advice to Ms. Carney would be... ..a bit less from the lips and a bit more on the boots. All the sactimonious bull---- will not dissaude us from keeping our eye on what on what Mark and his alma mater are up to. The Georgia Guidestones was a fitting conclusion on the piece. Thankyou Dailybell.

Good, Abu. I don't mind stamping on it forever, though. As a kid growing up on the farm, I stepped in more than my share. I detoured to the creek, washed off and went on running through the field. I recognize it, it smells, but I am immune to it now, just as then. Better that than on our neck, eh?

I'm a new feedbacker, just what is an 'avatar'? After reading this article and
reckoning the content to be at least 1/2 true, here's thinking Ms. Carney should be
VERY careful about what it is she's wishing for. Before getting into that, kudos
to her for talking trash toward bankers (figuring this was not a rant after a spousal argument)((should she have added CENTRAL?)). Anyway, the way I'm reading it, she is only looking for a repeat of the fall of the 'Western Roman Empire',right?
Looking back, in spite of the effort of Diocletion in the late 3rd century A.D., the 'Nomisma' still failed. Any 6th grader will tell you that that ushered in the 'Dark Ages'. How's that for Neo-Medieval.

These eco worshippers have NO DOUBT as to the righteousness of their position and of their qualifications to manage the entire world according to their strange beliefs. It will result in genocide... but that is planned. The world population can only be supported through modern technology and industry. They know this and firmly belief that millions SHOULD die to "save Gaia".

Completely mad, pagan hypocrites.

She says, "Having more stuff does not make us happy." I will be awaiting her update showing where she has given all her stuff away. I would like to see all of the recycled material she used to remodel her house, also.

Unfortunatly this is the mindset of all in power. They want to decide what we should have, what laws we should obey, how we should live, and so on, and so on... but they exempt themselves.

A friend commented to me recently that they passed my house and I had "all the lights in the house on". Yes, I do not like darkness. I refuse to live in darkness, lighting my small home with far less resources than the lawmakers do their huge ones which tell me I must conserve energy with stupid lightbulbs that keep my corners dark.

I have to flush my toilet with a bucket of water because, despite the earth being mostly water, I can only buy a toilet that uses none. My new washing machine uses so little water you cannot see water as it rotates. As a result, the detergent is not rinsed out and my clothes rot. So I run it several times. How have they improved on conservation?

I just noticed your picture. I like it. You should use it often because it is very fitting!

For what it is worth, it recently occured to me that the "elite" are the same folks as the kings/royalty of olde. The medieval elite were the bankers of their day, were they not? Weren't the banks in the castles? or wherever royalty lived?

Suddenly there is a a renaissance with its printing press and religious reformations and a new world where commerce explodes for all Europe... Holy S--t...

The existing royalty suddenly (relatively) had a bunch of competition. Commoners/business people were making a bunch of money in both the new world and Europe with new trade routes and renaissance discoveries. Royalty was becoming obsolete. People started thinking they could rule themselves, for gods sake!

In the British colonies the subjects even declared themselves free and independent! They then based their republic on the rule of law and not royalty.

When was socialism/communism born? 1700's? The French Revolution? I know this is before Marx, but whatever you want to call it; statism is statism, regardless of the nuances.

Who have always been the villians to the statist/marxist/commie/socialist? The New Rich/capitalists/free marketeers! of course.

I think the whole marxist thing is just a creation of ex-royalty in an attempt to return things to the medieval, mercantilist system. They just got smart and used marketing a capitalist would be proud to buy. Hell, half(more?) the population of the world begs to be ruled by benevolent socialism/marxism/statism because they know it will help THEM and not the evil RICH/CAPITALISTS.

Hell, this deranged broad in the article is a great example. The life she describes is medieval.

Root these folks out, DB. Vague stories about "the elite" are interesting and informative, but give us more names and definite identities. Who exactly are the villians?

Reply from The Daily Bell

I think the whole marxist thing is just a creation of ex-royalty in an attempt to return things to the medieval, mercantilist system.

Agreed, all the "isms" are so much hooey, designed to be taught, debated, etc. as if there is any other power but the state in its various manifestations, always, endlessly evolving, voraciously, into Leviathan - as its elite masters wish.

I suspect that Ms. Carney doesn't really want to escape the comfort of her own life that I'm certain, can be very boring. She's in a position to make some real changes, but I wonder what she has actually accomplished.

  Posted by Hugo_de_Groot on 11/27/12 03:06 PM

Hi DB,

I recently read this piece to save the world from global warming and was waiting for a good article to post it. The speech is by Hon. Paul Hellyer,
Former Minister of National Defence (Canada) on the Global Breakthrough Energy Conference. It has so many meme's its breath taking. Let me give some nice quotes from the speech called 'THE G20 FIDDLES WHILE THE PLANET BURNS'

A bit about him, he wants war, war on global warming;
'My expertise, to the extent that I have any, is politics, including foreign affairs, and finance, specializing in money and banking. So my focus will be how to pay for the monumental shift away from fossil fuels and replace them with the clean energy that is so vital to save our planet.'

One religion?
'The world's major religions must end their ageless animosities and start working together to build what I call the kingdom of God on Earth. You can call it what you like, but I am talking about a world where every child has adequate food to eat, potable water to drink, a decent shirt on his or her back, a roof over his or her head, adequate health care and sufficient free education to develop skills and prepare for a productive and fulfilling life.'

Worldwide army personell recruited by??
'They must end the arms race and direct the hundreds of billions in savings, to those pursuits that would enhance the quality of life for people everywhere. The highly educated military and scientific personnel who would no longer be needed to develop new weapons systems, should be recruited for these same humanitarian projects including, of course, joining the war against global warming for the benefit of their grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as ours.'

Terrorists and global government;
'Terrorists struck the World Trade Center in New York and the Pentagon in Washington, on September 11, 2001'

'This is particularly true in respect of a just settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Peace is possible, but only with a truly international consensus of what is just and fair for both of the parties directly affected. '

Aliens;
'To save precious time and money we, the people of the world, should demand that the United States and other major powers disclose what they already know about exotic fuels. The answer is likely to be 'quite a lot.' We should demand 'full disclosure,' including what has been learned from visitors from other realms'

'The Star Visitors would give us the technology we need if we (a) renounced the use of nuclear weapons and eliminated all plans to use them and (b) started treating them as genuine visitors rather than as 'Enemy Aliens.''

Governments are not the cause of the crisis;
'This unhappy result is not due to profligate spending by governments everywhere, '

Thus how to pay for the war on global warming?;
'the U.S. Senate Banking and Currency Committee Report that became widely known as the Pecora Report on the Practices of Stock Exchanges, indicated that there were insiders who benefitted from the crash... .. This should never have happened because governments own the patents to create money!'

Who are to blame?
Wall steet ofc and its good Obama is elected again.

Who should run this thing?
'So we will have to seek out the handful of forward thinkers who do understand, and put them in positions of authority.'

Lovely isnt it... . Click to view link

Agenda 21 Path To Socialism More To It Than One Thinks. New World Order Conspiracy Goes Deeper and Further Than You Know. The government has put in well over 3 billion dollars to speed up the development and implementation of the smart grid. This grid will allow the ones in control of your water, electrical etc to shut you off once you reached your limit. How Orwellian is that?

CAP and Trade
If you all have kept up and can remember what Obama said , blackmailing the American people in essence. He said and I quote; 'Either we pass Cap and Trade or I will put the EPA in charge of emissions regulations, and I guarantee you that you would much prefer our Senate Bill.'

Ah yes, the freaks in Elberton, GA making an article here. It's not too far from where I live.

"Smith is convinced that Ted Turner is the most likely candidate, stating: "Our investigation into the identity of Robert C. Christian has uncovered highly persuasive yet circumstantial evidence linking Robert Edward 'Ted' Turner to the very center of the Georgia Guidestones originators. This evidence is so strong that we believe Ted Turner probably was R.C. Christian. At the very least, Turner probably knows who R.C. Christian is."

Why don't all of these population control freaks lead by example and start with themselves. I mean, I could live without that libtard Ted Turner and his communist counterpart Jane Fonda.

Ms Carney represents the curious case of the well-to-do assuaging their own sense of guilt by outsourcing noblesse oblige to government. In other words, Carney cares enough to make government aware of the plight of the poor. The beauty of this approach, from Carney's perspective, is that it absolves her of any need for personal sacrifice. She can continue to "live large" guilt free because she's been most charitable in making government aware of the problem.
