Justice in America?

Thursday, October 15, 2009 - by  Staff Report

John Farmer

9/11 Commission NOW REJECTS ITS OWN REPORT: Hang onto your hats: John Farmer (pictured left), Dean of the Law School at Rutgers University and former Attorney General of New Jersey, was legal counsel to the 9/11 Commission, and in charge of drafting its report. And now, having read through lots of further evidence, he's come to the conclusion that the official version of the story is almost entirely untrue, based on false testimony by the White House, CIA, FBI and NORAD. His new book, The Ground Truth: The Story Behind America's Defense on 9/11, makes this case with loads of documentary evidence-and his colleagues on the commission are on board, as the article below makes clear. So are John Farmer and those other members of that very commission all "conspiracy theorists"? - The Underground

Dominant Social Theme: State of flux?

Free-Market Analysis: We have waited a while to write this article. We didn't want to jump on it until we had a few spare moments to ponder and discuss. So, a month later, we provide you, dear reader, with our modest commentary.

What does Dr. Farmer soberly suggest? That higher ups the CIA, FBI and White House likely perjured themselves, lying about the greatest disaster to come upon America in the early 21st century. The FBI especially has been very active of late in the realms of criminality, attempting to expand worldwide and changing its focus from criminality in general to white-collar crime. But somehow, the 9/11 difficulties do not demand its considered attention.

In fact, we believe a good deal of the current American wiretapping ruckus has been caused by the brief of American intel agencies to ensure that the cold remains of 9/11 are not raked up. Any amount of resources is being directed to this end -- including a focus on white collar crime -- and the book released by Farmer is probably just one more attempt at damage control. Obviously something happened, according to the good Dean, that the US government (or elements of it) is deadly afraid of revealing. We don't hold our breaths that Obama will get to the bottom of it either - even though 9/11 remains the cynosure and "red line" of American culture and politics for the foreseeable future.

We are very cynical at this point about anything having to do with 9/11 from official sources. Farmer's book essentially admits what much of the American public already knows - that 9/11 is trapped in the amber of official falsehoods. There's no harm in doing it at this point, and for an official at his level to do so adds luster to the tattered remains of American credibility in this regard. We tend to think it is another manipulation of sorts. High-level officials in Washington (and outside Washington) are NEVER going to tell the truth about what went on.

Conclusion: You would think the American intel agencies would be all over something like this. But while the FBI and others are digging out cash from freezers of Congressmen, the leads in the biggest caper in American history (one that cost 3,000 innocent lives) are allowed to grow cold. In fact, the American intel agencies operate as a modern Pratorian guard, keeping the secrets of those for whom they work and investigating the convenient crimes they can "solve." The 9/11 difficulties when combined with the trillion dollar elite-bailouts of the economy are going to come back to haunt those in power - and maybe even the rank-and-file that support these falsehoods. These acts have been conducted under the blinding glare of the Internet. If the powers-that-be have concluded that "average joes" are not sorely aware of the disparity in treatment between their economic class and those in high places, they are underestimating the intelligence of such citizens. They have done so before.

Your choice words characterizing Lindsey Graham---"his brand of authoritarian fakery is being seen for what it is - pure bullshit","now he is feeling the heat that his hypocritical ass has deservedly generated"; and your assessment of our present predicament---"the Anglo-American elite is at war with the citizens of its empire"---make me want to shout "You the Man, Daily Bell!"

Your website is one shining conduit of information in the internet age that is shaking the power centers to their foundations, and should aptly be renamed "Daily Hell" for the heat you are applying to the corrupt elite who wield unearned power and influence over their fellow men through the chicanery of debt-based money and banking.

What can I say but "Thanks!"

Ron Paul takes on Lindsey Graham!

Ron Paul is correct, but so what!

Who is going to take the Anglo-American empire on?

The current American is just a book licking slave.

Slave may revolt, but in history slaves have never had what it took to pull off a winning revolution.

Those are engineered bu foreign powers with both ambition, and resources to "do the job"

Even the USA was sold out to the English Crown in the coup called the Constitution of 1789.

Once the Colonies submitted to English control of their taxes and money, all was forgiven.

This is the revolution the talking monkeys keep praising.

Andrew Jackson drove the English bank from our shores, but again so what?

We allowed them back in.

Freeman is not a concept that loyal subjects/good citizens understand

Just a facts to keep perspective

Reply from the Daily Bell:

The battle is one of human history. It has raged for at least 5,000 years. It will not be settled overnight. Interesting perspective by the way. We too, with Jefferson, believe the Constitution was a step backwards.

I find this article music to the ears. All I can say is --It's about time. You go Ron.

A very worthy article. Very well stated.

You are the "Watch Dog Media" that America never had.

Good article on Ron Paul, but please keep the language clean as we have way to much foul language in the media these days. I agree with your sentiments, but don't stoop to the baser elements to express your political ire.

Reply from the Daily Bell:

Sorry, for the language.

Bonkers article! Right on!, almost.

Lindsey Graham, Council on Foreign Relations member, is just representing his supporters. You expected something else? Politicians may be elected by voters, but they vote the interest of their supporters, i.e. contributors.

Your conclusions are encouraging and I, for one, am grateful for your stand. But, assuming that the electorate does wake up and recognize that the Anglo-American elite are the source of the "1984" they have brought upon us, how do you propose to install a "gold and silver market-based standard" without regulation/abolishment of the debt based fiat money system of the banksters?

Is it not the "free market" that has produced the rule of the Anglo-American elite economic war lords we now have? Now that they have virtually total control of our economies/media/acadamia/governments, do you actually believe they are going to allow us peasants, however well informed, peacefully to displace them?

You note that Ron Paul raised as much money and support as any candidate in the Republican party. Did you not notice that his campaign was brushed off like a fly from David Rockefeller's face? I submit that, faced with a majority of informed voters, which is a long shot at best, the elite will institute martial law and suspend elections before surrendering control back to the peasants. I would be interested in hearing your plan. To all I must say, "hope is not a plan".

The Roman Catholic Church before Luther was fairly impregnable.

We submit the Internet is a fairly powerful "change maker."

Instead of succeeding, which was tried in the past and failed, why don't we advocate throwing the liberal New England States and flaky San Francisco and Hollywood California out!

Reply from the Daily Bell:

Secession is a powerful mechanism.

I was optimistic in 2007 when Ron Paul announced his candidacy. His silencing by the media thugs, however, showed how far away from being democratic the current power structure is.

If there is ever to be freedom in the world again, I predict that it will be along the lines of Jim Bell's theorem where people can anonymously contribute funds for the assassination of overly influential persons.

Reply from the Daily Bell:

We donīt believe in violence.

Posted by Mark on 10/15/2009 12:11:24 PM

Fantastic piece. In all seriousness, it's really too bad that this piece can't be put in many of the major newspapers in the US. Or could it?

While agreeing that violence is deplorable, I think it's also important that those of us who love freedom not be intimidated into not displaying righteous indignation to the moral atrocities these statists are committing.

The human suffering and degradation of quality of life that is being caused by the statist governments of the world is despicable. We need to dust off the old fashioned "moral compass" and find the courage to stand up for what's right!!

I had written in 2006: "The neocons can thus be blamed in part for giving the American voter two Democrat parties (one international bully, one international pansy, both domestic whores) and no mainstream voice of true conservative values."

I'll stand behind that sentiment today ever the more. Graham hardly has a claim to fame as a protege of John McCain.

Reply from the Daily Bell:

Thanks for writing. We have to tell you we are not so keen on McCain either.

We need more Ron Pauls. Your article today hit the nail right on the head. Hooray for the Daily Bell.

Maybe we can have Ron Paul and his son on a national ticket. Now that would be a wakeup call not only to the Curs in both parties but to the leftist (they are not Liberals)jackbooted thugs in the mass media, including the wannabee's at Fox news.

Reply from the Daily Bell:

A two Paul ticket, interesting idea.

Your comments are, as usual, pretty much on target. The biggest concern of us "domestic terrorists" is that the Federal Reserve shadows will recognize that the end is near and arrange for a crisis such as an assassination and then declare martial law. The ultimate outcome of that will be positive for Americans but the interim will be bloody and brutal. I pray that this does not happen but many, many are preparing for the eventuality.

Reply from the Daily Bell:

No, martial law is a canard in our opinion. Those who dabble in outright authoritarianism don't last long and their wealth is often confiscated. And the elite measures its sway in generations.

Posted by Stephen Collins on 10/16/2009 9:35:57 AM

We've needed Ron Paul as President for the last 50 yrs it seems like. I truly hope and pray that people will wake up and realize we're flat out sunk.

Reply from the Daily Bell:

It may soon sink in.

Your article on Ron Paul and your criticism of Lindsey Graham are bang on. The Republican Party needs a youthful intelligent leader and reinvent itself. Individuals who are up-front and stay the course,

Reply from the Daily Bell:

And maybe mature folk like Ron Paul?
