Finis America: Year End Report 2011
It's over, and I mean all of it. If Obama is re-elected, America is doomed. The progressive process begun by President Wilson and then carried forward by FDR, Carter, Clinton and W. Bush will be institutionalized with Obama's second term and the republic will die. Leading up to this has been a long line of Republocrat progressives, i.e., socialists in disguise – people like Senator McCain (R, AZ). I know many will not believe me so let me tell you how I came to this horrific conclusion.
In the first week of December 2011 the Senate – or more exactly, 93 US senators – committed high treason when they voted to pass the McCain/Levin Defense Spending bill (NDAA). This was hardly the first act but rather the last straw. The only opposition came from Senators Rand Paul (R, KY), Mike Lee (R, UT) and five other senators who are literate and able to read the Constitution and Bill of Rights. In the end, 7 senators voted correctly against and 93 voted for the bill and against America.
First came the USA Patriot Act that was passed by both houses within six weeks of 9-11, in October 2001. In 2011 when it was due to expire, Congress voted for it again with a huge majority. This law violates the habeas corpus provision of the US Constitution, which has been part of law in the English-speaking world since 1679 with the passage by the English parliament of the Habeas Corpus Act, a concept that had been enshrined in the Magna Carta, signed at Runnymede in 1215.
The Bill of Rights, which is the first ten amendments to the US Constitution, was passed by Congress on December 15th, 1791. The USA Patriot Act violates the first, fourth, fifth, sixth, eight, ninth and tenth provisions of the Bill of Rights. One stipulation of the McCain/Levin NDAA bill violates the Posse Comitatus Act that was the result of the massive civil rights violations brought about during Reconstruction by the Yankee government, which was passed by Congress as U.S.C. 1385 on June 18th 1878.
Janet Reno, the US attorney general in the Clinton administration, first violated posse comitatus in Waco Texas. The only historic parallel to this treasonous event is the German Weimar Republic's ERMAECHTIGUNGSGESTEZ, which established dictatorial powers of the Nazi Party in Germany on March 23, 1933 thus ending the German Weimar Republic. We are, as a nation, following in the steps of England before Lady Thatcher, which was also an Empire, and Germany, which also had similar aspirations. We all know from world history that with few exceptions empires do not enjoy long life
We must address a non-political concern relating to the economic situation in America because it has great relevance to the issues at hand. The financial and banking systems of the West are in a state of collapse. Americans, with their woeful ignorance on economic issues, seem totally unaware of this situation.
Machinations by JP Morgan Chase and MF Global in the gold and silver markets point to massive fraud in the precious metal commodities markets. The market fundamentals are that we have had $3.54 trillion in spending and a $2.19 trillion revenue, producing a 2011 loss of $1.35 trillion – and that's just for 2011. All of the suggestions offered by Congress and the Executive's so-called solutions are pure BS. Not one candidate, except for Ron Paul, addresses the immediate problem and all attempt to delay instituting any fixes until ten years from now, by which time they'll all be out of office.
American education, corrupted by Jimmy Carter with his establishment of the Department of Education in 1980, has resulted in the dumbing down of the entire American population to levels heretofore undreamed of. In just over 30 years we went from number four in the world in student competency to number thirty-four. Americans are economically, geographically, historically and judiciously uneducated and are thus simple to manipulate.
A current college freshman could not pass an 1850s sixth grade matriculation test. Or as the old axiom goes, those who don't know their history are doomed to repeat it. Worse yet, all Americans have been subjected to political terrorism in the form of Cultural Maxims, commonly called Political Correctness (PC), a process whereby black is white and up is down and anyone not playing along is immediately demonized. Our major education labor unions, the AFT and NEA, are totally immersed in socialist policies and supporting of PC and self-aggrandizement for their membership.
It may not be possible to defeat Obama in 2012, regardless of what happens between now and the election or who the Republicans have on their ticket. The electorate is so annoyed with Congress and fed up with the corruption that they will stay away from the polls. Figuring that many people have a lot of personal gains or losses in play and that many Republicans will stay at home, disgusted with the choice offered, if the left is able to get their people to vote we may see a landslide win by Obama, because those numbers top 50%.
Those on government dependency will always vote for the provider of their benefits regardless of the impending collapse of the entire system, just as is taking place in Europe. What is far worse is the prospect that after winning the election Obama will institute amnesty for illegal aliens, which will give Democrats another 24 million voters and will permanently change America from a free and open society of economic equality to a socialist hell hole with permanent class warfare.
The good news is that this will continue only until everyone is broke, which will be in about 15 years.

Where have I denied that? You're distorting what I wrote, to avoid the issue.
If you agree that the oligarchy was in place from the beginning, then obviously you know that it was in place long before Bauer was born, and therefore wasn't based on control of the monetary system, or on corporate monopolies. So what was the nexus for their power? They all had the same hair sylist, maybe?
Or, just maybe, it was the land ownership monopoly?

Dynamic adversaries? Iran poses no threat to the USA. We pose the threat to them! Russia and China are not going to take on the USA, unless we force them to with this "defensive" missile system we are just itching to deploy in eastern Europe. The "dynamic adversary" is us.

BEING a great man is rare and of incalculable value. From all the evidence available, Jefferson was such a man.
What gives you the right to slander him at this great distance, with nothing to support it but your lack of any sense of justice, and-no doubt-envy of the very character of the man. The least any of us can do, imo, is not remain quiet when such a grave inequity is perpetrated
I hope you yourself have the misfortune to be judged by one such as yourself..
that would be fair enough.

I agree Ron Paul can't solve our crisis single handidly, but what he can do is what he hs been doing all along: educating and setting the tone. It is then up to we, the U.S. citizens, to each do some of the heavy lifting. As citizens we need to take action to clean up the political process (especially campaign finance and the ballot system), get rid of the Fed/fiat money/legal tender laws and get the exotic energies released if we are to stand a chance of restoring the Republic.
IMHO, our weakness is in the many citizens who are so ignorant and dumbed down by fluoridated water, prescription drugs, poisoned food, brainwashing TV, hijacked public school system and controlled media that one wonders if they would even notice if marched into a FEMA camp. But if at least ten percent of them can be educated AND motivated, we might stand a chance.

Oops! Sorry but the Establishment (who want Obama, but failing that someone, anyone other than Paul0 control the crooked computerized voting machines used pretty much everywhere. Google Black Box Voting for the full explanation. I get amused by the news reports saying that Paul is tied for 1st place in Iowa with 'fill-in-the-blank'. Unless he won in a landslide, it is very easy to sway the votes. Unless the Iowa caucuses are not counted by electronic voting machines. Then there is a chance. But in New Hampshire they are and I cite what happened to Paul in N.H. in 2008 to support my point.

One must ask: is there any candidate other than Ron Paul who has for years consistently supported the Constitution and sound money? Can't think of any.

Look at what's happening everywhere and in every sphere of our existence right now. The list is too long to enumerate and becomes longer with each coming week.
For those unfortunates who stick to the RP " hope and change" , forget about the Fed for a second. Is he going to fix Fukushima? Is the aging doctor also going to stand up to any dynamic adversary from Russia, China, Iran or Israel?
Is he going to singlehandedly dismantle hundreds of years of super clever work of the PTB when no one person including those with huge armies was able to do so? All from WITHIN the system?

Remember that majority rule doesn't work in mental institutions.

I agree, onebornfree. It's obvious that the US oligarchy was in place from the beginning, due to the fact that a relatively small group of men, and the government they formed under the Constitution, owned or controlled all of the land. But truths such as that will generally be ignored here, because it doesn't fit with the Daily Bell story.

Instead of spending their time on belly aching about this and that and the other people need to put all their energies and resources into backing the RON PAUL presidential bid. That means actively working to spread his ideas and positions to the public at large. Since the public is monumentally dumbed down this presents a monumental task. That's why all energies and resources are truly needed. The time to reeducate and inform all voters is slim indeed. Woe unto us if the baked-in-the-cake, States side financial crash is brought on before the 2012 elections! If this happens we're likely to be under martial law with the elections cancelled.

Why not give Ron Paul a chance? He would restore the constitution and repair the financial fraud. He would roll back the patriot act and help us get our freedom back. There really is no other hope now. If we reelect the current president, then I guess we deserve what we get because we know now what we have.

Fifteen years is probably optimistic. In 2001 Argentina the middle class was wiped out in weeks. When poverty happens it will likely happen fast.

Obviously you are entirely unfamiliar with the "Alien and Sedition Act" which passed during the very first [Federalist] administration after the constitutions successful ratification. [Read it and weep?]
Clearly,via the aforementioned act, the writing was on the wall way back when [for anyone with half a brain, that is]... . as if the election of a military general/war hero as the very first official president under the new constitution was not enough of a dead giveaway as to the way things were going to be headed. It is unbelievable that any Senators voted for that act; much less 93. It is unbelievable the Patriot Act even got written, much less consedered or passed, and even more so repassed. We are a nation of nincompoops.
