Who's Counting the Votes?

2012 US Presidential Election Fraud In Motion: Obama Sends "Voting Services" To George Soros Company In Spain! ... In latest disturbing development, SCYTL is the name of the Barcelona-based company that now owns the rights to count most of the votes in the upcoming US Election. Obama gave SCYTL company his blessing to provide their 'secure' voting services to the US Electoral process. It isn't bad enough that a foreign company will count the votes, but that company was just bought by one of Obama's puppet masters George Soros. – HackingDemocracy.com

Dominant Social Theme: America's elections have always been legitimate, never more so than now.

Free-Market Analysis: In a related article today we focus on why the US presidential elections don't really matter. We point out that no matter who wins, globalism will prevail.

The dynastic families that want to run the world control politics in the West. If you win an election you basically work for them and implement their policies. What we didn't point out, however, was that on a purely mechanical level, US vote-rigging is getting more pervasive and more technologically invasive.

What is discouraging is that after the contested elections of 2004, the technical means of vote-rigging were dissected on the Internet and the lack of a paper trail in some states was thoroughly vetted. There was such a sizeable backlash that the company providing "hackable" voting machines had to change its name!

So what has REALLY changed in the past 12 years? Apparently, the elites have decided to take the entire vote-counting process offshore!

And to Spain.

Here, from The Western Center for Journalism, is an article entitled, "Spanish Company Will 'Count' American Votes Overseas In November" ....

"When the Spanish online voting company SCYTL bought the largest vote processing corporation in the United States, it also acquired the means of manufacturing the outcome of the 2012 election in a different country. For SOE, the Tampa based corporation purchased by SCYTL in January, supplies the election software which records, counts, and reports the votes of Americans in 26 states–900 total jurisdictions–across the nation. ..."

According to a number of reports, none other than billionaire leftist George Soros is involved in the SCYTL situation via one of Obama's biggest contributors, with whom he is closely associated.

In the video below, a man called Dr. Kaasem Khaleel attempts to get some answers about how votes are currently counted in the US. Dr. Khaleel has recently written a book entitled Rigged: How America's elections are stolen and who steals them.

We can't vouch for the book, though reading the literature we see that Dr. Khaleel has decided that Israel is the culprit. He seems to write a lot about Zionism, generally. Here's Dr. Khaleel's brief (and innocuous) bio from Alibris:

"Dr. Kaasem Khaleel is the author of over 20 books on health, nutrition, and spirituality. His spiritual books include Science in the Name of God, Science and Religion, and The Magnificent Message."

From the list of books, he seems to specialize in Islam, the Koran and also 9/11 debunking. We can't find much more about the man and we're not sure we agree with him about Israel's culpability. We figure it goes a lot "higher" than a given nation-state. Nonetheless, the video is interesting if only for the reactions that Khaleel gets when he begins to probe.

Interestingly, in doing research on Dr. Khaleel we found he had submitted a narrative of his visit to the Daily Paul. Here is what he wrote:

Dr. K visits Balderton Capital, Scytl – SOE, London: Watch what happens... Submitted by Dr.K.Research on Fri, 08/03/2012 - 16:15

I stopped at Balderton Capital in London. This was after numerous attempts to determine transparency in Scytl-SOE, in which they are the primary investors. Dozens of phone calls and numerous emails produced nothing, therefore, the need for the personal visit. Yet, even this was stonewalled, as shown in the video.

Notice how the agent of Balderton Capital, Goldman Sachs' Timothy Bunting, when asked about Scytl-SOE says "no," he knows nothing about it, but when asked again later, he admits that he knows all about it. This is that same Goldman Sachs, which usurped U.S. Taxpayers' monies in the form of the so-called bailouts, which were nothing less than grand theft.

Here is the letter emailed to Mr. Bunting at his request. Yet, just like all the other inquiries to Scytl-SOE or its associations, no response (sent on January 23, 2012):

Mr. Bunting:

Thank you for taking my call to address a few questions, which you mentioned would assuredly be answered.

Had some questions specifically relative to mergers and acquisitions, re: voting systems.

You noted that Balderton Capital is the main investor in Scytl-SOE.

Who is/are the owner(s) of Scytl-SOE, as Balderton, according to Business Wire, is an investor only? Does Balderton play any role in management of the vote counting systems?

How is the vote counting achieved? Is the server, which counts the votes, in the United States or offshore, for instance, in London or Spain?

Do you know which individuals or groups specifically manage and coordinate the vote counting systems, such as the ones that counted the votes in the United States primary presidential elections this year?

Is your capital investment limited or ongoing?

Mr. Bunting, you had mentioned that there would be no problem in getting these questions answered.

I do expect a response as quickly as possible.

Many regards;

We have no idea why he signed the letter "C Ingram," unless he was sending the letter pseudonymously. If we've missed something, we'll update the article.

Final note: We found the following explanation at the Daily Paul regarding Balderton's role:

Scytl, is owned and controlled by a venture capital firm, Balderton, which is run by Goldman Sachs veterans Tim Bunting and Mark Evans. Tim Bunting was an 18 year veteran of Goldman Sachs and in 2004, he was promoted to vice-chairman of Goldman Sachs. Tim Bunting was one of Goldman Sachs' most senior European executives. Balderon owns at least a majority interest in Syctl.

Additionally, Rob Moffat, who is also an executive with Balderton, was a former Bain Capital executive for five years.

As I understand SCYTL voting systmes, vote tallies are redirected to a centralized privately held server outside the United States. There is no physical evidence. No chain of custody. No way for the public to authenticate who actually cast the votes, chain of custody, or the count.

Knowing that former Goldman Sachs veterans have an ownership interest in the very software that tabulates votes in the United States is very concerning! If another world financier, like George Soros, is also involved in our democratic voting systems, I would like to know and how. - Submitted by just-a-girl on Fri, 04/27/2012

Opposing Viewpoint: This was posted at TeaParty.org on August 26 by Assistant National Director Melony B. DeFord:

George Soros does NOT own that company...

FACT: In January 2012, Scytl acquired U.S.-based SOE Software. SOE writes "election management" programs that assist officials with everything from "Internet voting to election night reporting and online poll worker training."

FICTION: According to alarmists, Scytl's acquisition of SOE amounts to a complete takeover of America's election system. No, not really. While SOE boasts of a presence "with 900 jurisdictions as customers in 26 states," there is no single contract that the federal government has entered into, or could, with Scytl to count the 2012 presidential election votes. Much of the work Scytl/SOE analysts do is number-crunching and graphics software work after local and state officials have done the vote-counting.

Scytl does have a contract with the feds to use its technology to help overseas and military voters participate in elections. In 2009, the Military and Overseas Voter Empowerment Act mandated that U.S. jurisdictions allow uniformed and overseas citizens to receive and track their ballots electronically. Scytl's online ballot program was used in 14 states during the 2010 midterms.

FACT: The security risks of e-voting are still a legitimate concern. University of California at Berkeley computer science professor David Wagner wrote a critical report for the Pentagon about the privacy and accuracy shortcomings of Scytl's military voting program in 2004 — which prompted the feds to cancel the initial program, according to PBS.

In October 2010, the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics encouraged outside parties to try to find security holes in their online balloting infrastructure operated by Scytl. A group of University of Michigan students successfully hacked into the system, commandeered passwords, doctored ballots and programmed audio of the school's fight song to play whenever an e-ballot was submitted.

Hackers from Iran and China also came close to breaking in. "After the hack," according to AOLNews.com, "(D.C.) administrators decided to relaunch under a download-only format, allowing users to access ballots but forcing them to fax or mail them rather than cast a vote online." The D.C. official who oversaw the system, Paul Stenbjorn, now works for Scytl.

FICTION: Chain e-mails about Scytl claim that George Soros owns, operates or controls Scytl. In reality, the company's investors are Nauta Capital, Balderton Capital and Spinnaker SCR. Soros doesn't "own" any of these international venture capital firms — and as far as my research shows, he has no involvement whatsoever with any of them. Moreover, Scytl's board of directors doesn't include anyone with Soros financial or management ties. Pressed for evidence, one Internet conspiracy nut cited an "invitation only event" in Moldova that listed both the "Soros Foundation Moldova" and Scytl as attendees.
