Published on Literary Hub, the petition states, “We, the undersigned, as a matter of conscience, oppose, unequivocally, the candidacy of Donald J. Trump for the Presidency of the United States.” The letter was signed by Celeste Ng, Lydia Davis, Rick Moody, Rebecca Solnit, Lauren Groff, Jennifer Egan, Anthony Marra, and over 400 others.
