Revealed: Military's Top Secret Tsunami Bomb

By Staff Report
9

'Tsunami bomb' tested off New Zealand coast ... The United States and New Zealand conducted secret tests of a "tsunami bomb" designed to destroy coastal cities by using underwater blasts to trigger massive tidal waves. The tests were carried out in waters around New Caledonia and Auckland during the Second World War and showed that the weapon was feasible and a series of 10 large offshore blasts could potentially create a 33-foot tsunami capable of inundating a small city. The top secret operation, code-named "Project Seal", tested the doomsday device as a possible rival to the nuclear bomb. About 3,700 bombs were exploded during the tests, first in New Caledonia and later at Whangaparaoa Peninsula, near Auckland. – UK Telegraph

Dominant Social Theme: Here it is, boys. But we never really pursued it, so relax.

Free-Market Analysis: Why would this leak now? Well, according to the article, "The plans came to light during research by a New Zealand author and filmmaker, Ray Waru, who examined military files buried in the national archives."

Turns out that Waru is a famous Maori commentator who's received the New Zealand Order of Merit from Queen Elizabeth of England/Britain. So Waru isn't exactly an outsider. Additionally, the Royalist Telegraph is writing this article and featuring this information. Would they do so if it were detrimental to British "national security"?

We are left with several speculations. First, the powers-that-be have chosen to confirm possibilities swirling throughout the 'Net alternative media that tsunamis are not always natural phenomena. Perhaps Waru was part of an effort to publicize this news.

Second, Waru came up with the information on his own and has chosen to feature it to promote his latest book, entitled Secrets and Treasures. Third, Waru is an unwitting transmitter of something that the power elite wanted to promote – including of UFO-ology along with the rest.

Let's throw out the first and third options. That leaves the second one, that Waru did the research and found the information. Let's further propose that the UK Telegraph carried the news purely for its interest-value.

Even with these parameters, the article is startling because it provides a good deal of fodder for those who have been proposing that such events are in some cases manmade. Infowars carried a news item about the article and received the following comment from "Anonymous."

The Japan earthquake was made this way. Look up the data on this. Tsunamis waves travel a certain speed, and you can calculate when the wave SHOULD have hit Japan after the actual earthquake. It should have arrived after (from what I understand) about 8 minutes once the earthquake struck. It didn't....it took about 20 minutes for the wave to hit Japan. And not only that, there was another HUGE explosion closer to Japan than where the quake hit, and it is presumed that THAT explosion (which was recorded very deeply underground and is thought to have been a nuke).

We can't afford to not believe that if they were able to cause a tsunami back around WWII that 'they' don't have the capacity to do one helluva lot more damage at this day in history. I believe HAARP, chemtrails, and other weapons like scalar weapons have already been developed (we know this because the military admits it) and are being used right in front of our faces. Trouble is the average person can't comprehend the power of these weapons, nor the possibility that these could be used against the American public. Not a good place to be.

This feedback reproduces the tenor of speculation that now accompanies many major news events, be they hurricanes, earthquakes or even tornadoes. The idea is that there is a panoply of secret weapons that unlock the terrifying forces of nature and point them at various enemies.

If this information from Waru has simply been disseminated in an innocent way, then it is one more indication of the power of what we call the Internet Reformation. All sorts of military and strategic secrets are being revealed that the powers-that-be kept carefully hidden in the 20th century.

On the other hand, we have trouble believing that the Telegraph would publish anything that badly discomfited the establishment. It seems more likely that this news item is a kind of "limited hangout." We've noticed this seems to be the way what we call the power elite is dealing with various kinds of exposures.

In this case, one could speculate that information is being positioned "after the fact" as something that was discovered and then abandoned. Of course, we don't believe that for an instant. There is NO weapon we can think of that has been discovered and then abandoned – least of all by the US military or NATO. Not only that, but we cannot think of a single weapon that has not been put into use sooner or later.

A limited hangout approach serves several purposes. It gives the powers-that-be a level of deniability about the modern incarnation of such a weapon, as it was supposedly abandoned half a century ago. Second, it impresses on people the idea that the military CAN abandon weapons and has done so in this case. And third, it provides nonetheless a very real threat.

This last point is the most intriguing. We believe the power elite is losing the war with what we call the Internet Reformation and more and more is turning to threats, bellicosity and outright violence. Within this context, an admission that there was such a thing as a tsunami weapon can be seen as a warning that the power elite possesses great weaponry. Whether these weapons are perfected and have been utilized is not so clear. This note of ambiguity also serves as a kind of intimidation.

Those who believe in "directed history" as we do may be pardoned for feeling that their stance on such issues has been unfairly criticized. This is proverbial cold comfort, however. Whether it is HAARP, a tsunami bomb or numerous other kinds of technologies, the idea that such technology exists and is in use is a depressing one.

It occurs to us, as we mentioned above, that those who might be involved in this kind of publicity are pounding the UFO drum once more. Such UFO reports can be given increased credibility when mixed in with top secret military programs, etc.

It is difficult to peer through the mists of various swirling dominant social themes to discern the truth. But we are left at the conclusion of this incident with the knowledge that the Western military at one point had developed a successful tsunami weapon.

Conclusion: Are we cynical to believe that it was never abandoned and perhaps has been placed in use? Was this one of the reasons to disseminate this news now?

To many secrets... the public is in the way and in the dark... government has unlimited resources to create, and with active minds, the weapons abound. Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely... have we learned nothing from this? Scientific measures - political, economical, militarily, etc. - with world domination at the core... government forces would be amiss if they didn't use all its energy & resources to develop "any" and "all" weapons to advance its rotten agenda. To believe or even surmise otherwise is the playground of fools.

I don't believe "The Military" have or ever had a tidalwave bomb. Even by the standards of evidence of TV, It would take thousands of kilotonnes of nuke to do it. You couldn't hide it. I believe they tried and failed, and some people like the propaganda effect. I think most secrets are not about game changing new weapons. More, they try to cover up bungling and failures and the generally sad condition of our armed forces. They should be better than our propaganda.

That explosives - conventional or nuclear - can make a big splash is hardly a secret. The fact that an artificial tsunami was considered for use as a weapons is hardly a surprise, considering the many even more bizarre schemes mooted during WW2, a surprising number of which reached the testing stage. Those that succeeded - contrary to any expectation I would have had if I had been asked to evaluate them - include the bouncing bombs designed by Barnes Wallis and used to destroy the Moehne, Eder and Sorpe dams. That the artificial tsunami didn't make it to the finals is equally unsurprising. The same amount of explosive, delivered directly to the target, would do far more damage than when detonated on the bottom of the ocean. Nor could the source of the tsunami have been disguised (as divine retribution or whatever) - even back in the 1940s, a seismogram would clearly have shown the tsunami to be the result of an explosion, and not of a tectonic movement. Net value: zero. No reason not to publish the existence of the tests and even their results because no military or other advantage is lost by the revelation.

The tsunami bomb is olde hat... and a veritable bow & arrow compared to other secret technologies.

The following text is exerpted from -- Click to view link

The Underground Base at China Lake, California

"For years the United States Navy has had a huge base at China Lake, California. In my first book, Underground Bases and Tunnels,2 I presented military documentation from 1964 indicating that the United States Army Corps of Engineers was considering constructing a huge underground cavity 4,000 feet deep beneath the sprawling China Lake facility.

As it happens, after giving a public talk a couple of years ago, I was approached by a man who told me he had been a uniformed member of the United States Navy.

We chatted for a while and when he mentioned that he had spent some time at China Lake my ears perked up. I asked him if there was an underground facility at China Lake. He said that indeed there is, and that it is impressively large and deep. I asked him if he had ever been in it, and he said that he had, though not to the deepest levels. I asked him how deep the deepest part extended.

He looked at me soberly and said very quietly, 'It goes one mile deep.'

I then asked him what the underground base contains. He replied, 'Weapons.'

I responded, 'What sort of weaponry?'

And he answered without pausing, 'Weapons more powerful than nuclear weapons.'

Upon hearing his answer I was greatly taken aback. The implications of a new generation of secret, highly secure weaponry that exceeds the destructive power of atomic and hydrogen bombs is sobering stuff, to be sure. The conversation ended soon after, as he seemed to be averse to elaborating on what he had told me.

I do not doubt the truth of what this ex-Navy man told me. China Lake has long been a major weapons research and development center for the United States Navy. His account is perfectly consonant with the other information that my research has uncovered."

---------------------------

I tend to think (better: I would have thought) that it's rather the other way round: If you mix a limited hangout (entirely faked or real) with UFO stuff and you'll get a significant percentage of readers, forum trolls, and mainstream gatekeepers babbling something like, "yeah, and Elvis sings now in the studio where the moon landing was faked, right?", and have the possibly REAL information discredited in the process.

On the other hand, however, I'm not so sure about this ever since Paul Krugman suggested - for real - to fake an alien invasion in order to boost the economy.
