What if "Peter the Roman" is already running the Vatican?

The resignation of Benedict, the German, is explained by economics, pure and simple.

The Vatican has been in a good financial position the last hundred years thanks to the industrious efforts of its followers in the USA, followed by the industrious efforts of the Germans. Botb of these countries have been the main support of the papacy, whereas all other countries have been main recipients of largesse, instead. In other words, the takers have outnumbered the makers but the makers were very industrious.

In the last twenty years, certain groups in the USA have mounted a very clever attack on the church, using the perversion of the new VaticanII adherents, their acceptance of new sexual concepts, so called perversions and with this have raided the American church of its accumulated worth, hobbling the cash flow to Rome with all kinds of legal assessments against its properties. Ergo, only Germany was contributing to the Vatican while all other so called Catholic nations were taking more and more. This fact is why Benedict, a German, was selected as Pope. It is also why he is now resigning. The Germans have had it and their catholic groups concur!

The Vatican has been under attack globally, especially this last year. The various international banking groups have been used to cut off funds normally transmitting funds to those who always take, The excuse was that the Italian banking network used by the Vatican (since it is in Italy) was involved in "laundering money". For nearly a year, the Vatican has been reduced to doing business in cash and severely restricted in funding its outreach programs, particularly in Africa, the Middle East and Asia. The catholics in the USA, mainly the Irish, have not assisted the church but have resorted to their usual IRA reasonings and applauded the pillaging of their "mother faith", being mainly Democratic functionaries always for hire, as in their IRA activities.

The Germans, tired of supporting Europe, have decided to pull out since the Vatican game is over. They have told their Pope to resign and come home. It is as simple as that! They have had their fill of the Holocaust and Greece and this! They, like the old time Americans, have said enough is enough and to Hell with all of you!

Funny thing, the last Pope gave us hints of what was coming when in the early years of the 2000's, he initiated a series of meetings with the heads of Islam, dealing mainly with the Syrians in that group. He even went to Damascus, had a very public conference with the Mufti on charge of that islamic sect and later went with the Mufti to the Grand Mosque d knelt down in prayer to... .God or Allah? The Media, at that time, fudged the gesture and so it was lost to the general public, especially the always so ignorant catholics!

Well, it has come to pass. That prophecy you refer to was put together at a time when the church also faced dissolution and guess who its antogonists were then... ... Bankers, the Vatican's own, who were not Catholics but apostate jews known in those days as the Sephardim... .the men who do God's work with number games... .gamblers with everyone's life.

Is there a current analogy? Who knows.

There will be a new Peter and he will be of color. Will he rebuild the Vatican, the papacy. Look at Africa, wherever color reigns. Miracles can happen but history records few.

The new world needs few thinkers and hankers for men and women who respect authority... not from some amorphous God or Jahwah... but from other men and women appointed to tell others what to do. Very interesting article and discussion. My mental jury is still on on this one. I have no doubts that the DB is correct about the power elite scheming such a thing. But the thing that keeps coming to mind is God is not mocked. Kind of a which-came-first-the-chicken-or-the-egg type situation. In other words, it may be great fun for them to pull such a thing as this to make us think it is end times prophecy, but maybe that was the Master plan all along. Maybe they are following a course that was set out for them. I plan to be prepared, either way.

As I recall my latin, "petrus" is also the word for "rock". As in" Tu es Petrus et super hanc petram adeficabo eclesiam meam". Maybe Malachy was referring to a Roman Rock, whatever that would mean.

A Polish Pope helped to bring down the USSR and the wall. Coincidence that the timing aligned?

Pope Benedict XVI was Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger before he became Pope. He took the name Benedict for his papacy. Whomever is elected to be the next Pope can choose whatever name he wishes to be known as.

Here is an excerpt from a book that includes this information about the papal prophecy:

"John Paul II was the 110th pope. Of him, Malachy says, "De Lobaore solis," (of the eclipse of the sun). John Paul II was born on May 18, 1920 during a solar eclipse in Poland. When he was finally buried on April 8, 2005, the world experienced a very unusual "hybrid eclipse" of the sun. The central path of the eclipse ran across the South Pacific where it changed from an annular eclipse to a total eclpse and then back again to an annular eclipse before reaching South America.

Malachy said of the 111th pope, "Gloria Olivae" (the glory of the olive). Cardinal Ratzinger became the 111th pope, called Benedict XVI. The Benedictine Order is known as the "Olivetans," because the olive tree is their symbol.

But is Benedict the last pope? Malachy does not say. The list merely ends there in the original published book (1590). It has been noticed concerned Petrus Romanus, who according to St. Malachy's list is to be the last pope, that the prophecy does not say that no popes will intervene between him and his predecessor designated Gloria olivae. It merely says that he is to be the last, so that we may suppose as many popes as we please before 'Peter the Roman'."

In the prophecy of the 112 Popes the tribulation that is prophesied under the last Pope, Peter the Roman, ends with the destruction of the city on the seven hills. Rome is not the only city built on seven hills. jerusalem is also thus built. There are other prophecies predicting the destruction of Jerusalem which seems more likely to happen than that of Rome.

As noted above although Peter the Roman is prophesied to be the last Pope and he is the 112th. Pope mentioned, there is no indication that he is the 112th. Pope chronologically. He may be or he may not be. We shall have to wait and see.

True, a Pope changed his name as he desires, but the choosing of a "Peter" - even if the name then changed - would doubtless be seen as signficant among those who follow such prophecies and believe in them.

Could it be that Pope Benedict decided to resign, not die in office, precisely so that he may be able to witness the events, anticipating those prophesied by St. Malachy, after his reign over the Catholic Church and, hopefully, to have some influence over them? Just my thiughts.

There seems to be, however, astral and geological events taking place that were also foretold thousands of years ago and depictions in early art and architecture that could not have possibly been known by any technology available at the time or even through observation and calculation by even the most gifted analytic minds.

Catholic mumbo jumbo. There are 115 Cardinals in Europe and Only 30 in Latin America where 62% identify themselves as Catholic. 40% of all Catholics are in the Americas. Maybe they will wake up to this Vatican control someday or not.

The Encyclical Caritas in Veritate was released by Pope Benedict XVI in '09. It has been critisized for a left leaning view of the world, and a call for global institutions, particularly financial institutions. Cardinal Peter Trukson was appointed president of the Pontifical Council for Justice and Peace by Benedict XVI. This august council obviously has a bureaucratic mindset, since they call a note, a document whose title alone is as long as, and more complex than what most people think of as a note. For thousands of words it continues the left leaning call for globalist financial institutuions, and even though it states objections to leveling, it still calls for it. In other ways he seems to me, a wise, thoughtful and capable man, yet to me, Peter The Roman, is a very scary thought, and not just for its prophetic implications.

Perhaps knowing they might want to hurry things along Benedict did not wish to remain pope. Even wished him out? Then again, maybe he wants to see the end.

The great error in this concept is that the final Pope and the Antichrist are linked together from Scriptures. That is false. The Bible reveals that the False Prophet is not a Pope, nor will he be of the line of Popes.

And we are not in the time of the Antichrist, but rather the Bible clearly reveals that we are living in a worse time, the days of the Little Horn that rules over the 5th Beast Kingdom of Satan with powerful pompous words.

There seems to be plenty of evidence that this Papal resignation was deliberately planned and is being used not for just propagating fear in the world, but also in the long term disputing the existence of Jesus Christ as the Messiah. For after they have brought forth the false evil and defeated it, they will use the then failure of this Pope prediction as a means of discrediting Scriptures and discrediting the account of Jesus Christ.

There is a huge Biblical error of translation that the 13 Families (Includes the Vatican) seem to be taking advantage of to their fault.

The Bible clearly reveals that the False Prophet is not at all related to the Pope or the Vatican. In fact the Bible clearly reveals that the Antichrist and the False Prophet hate the Harlot and that means the Vatican will be destroyed by then. This final Pope is associated to the present 5th Beast Kingdom of Satan that is of the Little Horn of Daniel 7.

This error of Biblical interpretation is easily revealed from the Scriptures:

For example in Rev. 7:9-14, coupled with Daniel 7:12, we learn that we are living in the days of the 5th Beast Kingdom, and not the days of the 6th or 7th Beast Kingdoms. In Rev. 17:12-14 and Dan. 7:12 it is easy to see to an alert mind that there is a time after the 5th Beast Kingdom has been caused to fall by the Father and its dominion to rule has been removed from it and given to the Lord, that there will be a gap of Time before the 6th Beast Kingdom receives its dominion to rule. (The Beast Kingdom of Ten Kings that allows itself to be ruled over by the Little Horn that speaks the Pompous Words)

The Bible clearly states in Dan. 7:12 that the Father judges and intervenes to take away the dominion of rule from a Beast Kingdom that is easily identified as the 5th Beast Kingdom because in Dan. 7:12 it clearly states that the dominion to rule will not be passed onto the other kingdoms (The Bible says plural - so that means it can only be the 6th and 7th Beast Kingdoms of Satan that are yet to come), for a while. The Little Horn was not part of the Ten Kingdoms, but it ruled over them.

In Dan 7:13-14 it clearly states that the dominion will instead be given to the Lord for the time necessary to prepare His bride and refine her and build His Kingdom within her. Then after He takes up His bride with His Kingdom in her, He will not leave the left behind with His Kingdom (See Dan. 2:44-45), and only then will the Father pass on the dominion of rule to the Ten Kings that are identified in Rev. 17:12 as the 6th Beast Kingdom of the Ten Kings, but that is not of the Harlot, for they will hate the Harlot, and it reveals the Antichrist will hate the harlot.

The harlot of Babylon is easily identified to be of the 13 families that are inclusive of the Vatican for it is of the seven mountains (hills) (The seven mountains could also represent the seven continents, and since the 1960's the Club of Rome program has divided all the nations of the 7 continents into 10 kingdoms at the decision of the 13 families.).

Also, in Rev. 17:16 the Bible reveals that the harlot is not in power, nor in favor, during the days of the 6th and 7th Beast Kingdoms, as is made clear in Rev. 17:16.
And the False Prophet of Rev. 13:11 comes up out of the earth and is separate and not of the Beast Kingdom.
Rev. 17:9-14 clearly reveals that the Antichrist will come forth in the days of the 7th Beast Kingdom and in Rev. 13:5 he will rule for precisely 42 months. Also the 6th Beast Kingdom will rule for an hour which is also revealed in the Bible to be a time of 42 Months. Add these together and you get 7 years.

Thus, the totality of the End Times is much longer than a time of seven years. Careful study will reveal it is a time of 24.5 years, and it will reveal that we are now living in the last two months of the tenth year. The Ten Kings and the Antichrist take up the time of the last 7 years, so we have 7.5 years until the emergence of the 6th Beast Kingdom.

The Bible testifies clearly that this is not the time of the Kingdom of the Antichrist, but rather we are living in the time of the Fall of the 5th Beast Kingdom that the Lord will intervene and destroy it (See Mt. 24:20-22 and Mk. 13:18-20). The destruction of this 5th Beast Kingdom is the Fall of Babylon that occurs in the Night of His Day, for we are living in the Night of His Day.

Thus, do not be deceived by this final Pope, for it is only revealing that we are living in the timing of the ending of the Papacy.
